How our claims service works

We have taken everything we've learned over the years and implemented proven written procedures ensuring effective claims warranty administration.

Each manufacturer's representative is assigned a user-name and password to log onto Quest Inspects secure website. Our computer system is technically advanced, and our proprietary claims processing software was developed specially for your business.

Your representative will enter with their user name and password, leading them to their secure site. Click on “Add Claim ” to enter a new claim request, click on a name or claim number to view status, or enter notes into an individual claim. New inspection requests are dispatched by Quest Inspect or your representative to the closest Certified Inspector, or the inspector of their choice.

After each warranty claim has been inspected and reviewed by management it is released to the manufacturer.

Inspection Procedures

Each inspection report form was designed to provide you with detailed information relative to that product.

Quest Inspect commissions only qualified Certified Flooring Inspectors. Our on going training programs and on-line technical database ensures you that our Certified Inspectors are the most proficient in their field.

Steps to begin using our processing service

  1. Complete a short application “Link to Registration
  2. QuestInspect will review your application and contact you ASAP. Once your application is reviewed, you may begin processing claims immediately.
  3. Claims are processed, reviewed, and returned to you on completion.
